The total distributions in 2025 amounted to €23.5 million, resulting in a dividend yield of 4.2%. Dividend yield is exactly on budget. Total year-to-date income at the fund level amounted to €68.3 million positive and is above the total income in the previous year mainly because of the difference in full year revaluation (2025: €44.6 million positive relative to 2024: €10.8 million negative).
