The year-to-date total return at the fund level for 2024 amounted to 1.5% positive, consisting of an income return of 3.4% and capital gains of 1.9% negative. The total distributions in 2024 amounted to €19.25 million, resulting in a dividend yield of 3.4%. Dividend yield is lower compared to budget due to increased interest expense, as a result of funding the pipeline with a shareholder loan

Total year-to-date income at the fund level amounted to €8.6 million positive and is above the total income in the previous year mainly because of the difference in full year revaluation (2024: €10.8 million negative relative to 2023: €20.2 million negative). The initial valuation in 2024 of assisted living projects that are still under construction caused the overall valuation to be negative.
